Hi everyone, As you have no doubt figured out by the vast quantities of kiwifruit in the fridge, it’s ZESPRI Kiwifruit season again. As some of you may be aware, this year we have partnered with theAsianparent.com to organise ZESPRI® Junior Chef, a cooking competition for kids and their parents and if you have a child aged from 4 years and up, WE WANT YOU!
Here’s how it works:
- Photo contest: To register, simply submit a photo of yourself and your child posing with ZESPRI Kiwifruit (label facing the camera) and answer a short questionnaire on theAsianparent Facebook page.
- Recipe contest: Shortlisted contestants will then have two weeks to submit an original recipe incorporating ZESPRI Kiwifruit.
- Final cooking challenge: All recipes will then be posted online and open for voting to theAsianparent community. The top five teams with the most number of votes will move on to compete in the final cooking challenge on Sunday, 4 September 2011 at the Asian Food Channel cooking studio at Orchard Central. You’ll stand a chance to win prizes worth a total of $4,000 including an exclusive private cooking class with celebrity chef Sam Leong!
